Arin Ashley DeGroff is a multimedia artist and holistic energy practitioner working across photography, painting, writing, and movement. Her work explores the intersection of identity, healing, and connection—how we relate to ourselves, to one another, to spirit, and to the environments that shape our lives.

Rooted in an “inside-out” approach, Arin’s practice is guided by the belief that everything we create externally is a reflection of our internal landscape. Through visual storytelling and immersive, experiential work, she creates spaces that invite reflection, emotional awareness, and presence.

Her work has extended beyond traditional art spaces into community-centered and interdisciplinary practices, where she has contributed to the creation of immersive gatherings, collaborative experiences, and healing-centered environments. These experiences continue to inform her understanding of art as something lived, shared, and embodied.
